We are looking at moving to a blade server setup with VMotion acting as a fail over and load balancer. Looking for anyone elses experience with a setup like this.

I actually saw a demo of this being used. It was really cool and worked great! You dont have to use blades for this either, you can use similar servers that all are connected to a common storage device. Very cool stuff.
