I wrote an Access database that allows you to select your players from the pre loaded "Top 200" list while also tracking the other owners players. This worked great for my live draft. You have one main form that lets you select each player as they are selected by the other owners in your league. The only change you would need to make would be to open the "Owners" table and change the names to match the people in your group. It also allows you to look at a glance the other Owners current team makeup as well as perform player searches to quickly find players by entering partial names.

This is the complete database so you can modify it to fit your needs.

I have updated this database with the current players for the Fantasy Football season 2010 2011. This is an Microsoft Access Database that is not locked or restricted in anyway. You can download the database and track players as they are picked during a draft yourself. There are some reports included that allow you to print our a roster after the draft. I also added reports that will print out owner draft worksheets, player lists sorted by name, player lists grouped and sorted by position and ranking.
